Accomodation
Kamalaya rests on a lush tropical hillside, sloping down to a tranquil private beach. The 76 rooms and villas, ranging from cosy Hillside Rooms and elegant Suites to spacious Villas and private Pool Villas, are situated amidst ancient, granite boulders, calming water streams and tropical vegetation.
Asian natural textiles and carefully selected art pieces combined with modern amenities create comfortable, serene and understated interiors. Nature’s restorative presence is felt through semi-open bathrooms, outdoor terraces and balconies, expansive windows and captivating views overlooking the gardens or Gulf of Thailand.
Spa & Wellness
Kamalaya offers a menu of over 70 therapies and treatments. In addition to massages and body treatments, the menu includes Ayurvedic therapies, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Naturopathy, Homeopathy, emotional healing and other holistic services. Optional daily classes are open to all guests in holistic fitness practices as pilates, yoga, chi gong, meditation, core fitness classes, water aerobics and cardio workouts. The opportunity for personal one-on-one sessions is also available.
Wellness Programs
Kamalaya is specialized in customized wellness programs (3 – 21 nights) ranging from Detoxification to Stress & Burnout, as well as Yoga Synergy, Optimal Fitness, Ideal Weight, Emotional Balance and Sleep Enhancement.

Shortly after the arrival you will have a consultation with the experienced Naturopaths.
Some guests prefer a tailored approach allowing them to achieve even more specific outcomes, adjust the intensity of the program, or perhaps focus on a particular modality. With the support and guidance, you can co-create a wellness program that is a perfect fit for YOU.

At Kamalaya you are nourished into health, it is not about juices and fasting. Our vision is that food should be artful, healing in function and tantalizing in form. By using fresh, local and as much as possible organic produce and cooking methods, we merge culinary traditions of East and West in new innovative ways. The menus reflect our philosophy and include extensive vegetarian options, as well as seafood, poultry and lamb dishes.
Soma Restaurant – Enjoy the tasting menus for breakfast and dinner, offering spectacular views of the coast. Intimate tables are arranged throughout the two level venue, in addition to a Community Table where guest are invited to dine together.
Amrita café – Nestled among lotus pounds and the pool, is the venue for enjoying a tasteful lunch.
Alchemy Tea Lounge – located above Soma restaurant, serves a wide range of teas, juices, herbal infusions, desserts and wine. A perfect spot for watching the sunset.
